It’s Freaking August…how did that happen? Summer is almost over. This year is flying by, but I want us to continue to celebrate our wins each month no matter how small. So, let’s share all our greatness in July.
To recap…I began the “You Go Girl” monthly series because most of us make resolutions or promises to ourselves at the beginning of each year and as each month ends we begin to think we are losing time if we haven’t accomplished it all.
I decided at the end of each month instead of thinking of what we haven’t accomplished, we should think about all that we have.
My accomplishments for July 2018
· I am still being consistent on my YOUTUBE channel!! My views are pretty low, but I’m proud of myself for not giving up.
· Last month I was hopeful I would be at 1,200 followers. I’m not there yet, but I’m closer than I was last month, so I’m considering it a win. Tell your friends to follow me. It’s fun here!
I have been noticing more likes and more follows from people I don’t know which means my blog is getting out there. That’s pretty exciting.
Still being consistent with blogging and posting.
Still doing more pitching and received a couple more YES!
Still being conscious of being present.
Still trying out the dating sites. Although, I feel like I swipe left more than right but at least I’m on there. That counts right? Available for hookups if you know anyone…just saying. It’s hard out here.
Last but not least I put my big girl panties, kicked fear in the butt and was a part of Nashville Curves a confidence campaign. Yes, I am in pictures with a swimsuit and no cover-up. Nervous was an understatement, but I have made a promise to myself to continue to grow and learn to love the skin I’m in and being a part of this campaign is definitely in the right direction.
July was a good month for me. I am thankful for all I have accomplished and can’t wait to see what else is in store. I am patting myself on the back and saying You Go Girl!
Let’s celebrate you now. What all did you accomplish in July? Don’t forget…nothing is too small. Share with me in the comments! I can’t wait to celebrate you!
Until next time,
